Tourist Guard

Hallo, let introduce my self. My name is Rifda. I'll be a tourist guide for your journey in this island, Lombok. Other people usually choose the beach for their journey. Now, we will start our journey to the other nature. But, first, lets go to Lendang Bajur traditional market. It'll be take 15 minutes from here.

Welcome to Lendang Bajur local market where one can buy daily commodities, such as rice, vegetable, fish, spices, and fruits. This market is located at Gunung Sari district. It's the center of the Gunung Sari's trade. Many people come everyday to meet the needs of their family. It is just a short distance from the farm. So, the vegetables and the fruits are original from this district. I suggest that you buy some fruits, peanuts and bananas. Because it useful for the next journey. In here, we'll stay a half hour only. Happy shopping!

Ok, I think it's enough and I hope you feel satisfied. The next, we will continue our journey to Pusuk forest. We need 10 minutes to there.

Pusuk forest

Now, we're in Pusuk forest area. The other name is monkey's forest, because hundreds of monkeys live in here. You can look it, many monkeys on the tree and the street. They wait by the side of the road waiting for snacks or bananas from the passers. You can give some fruits which we bought at Lendang Bajur traditional market. The function of this forest is not only for protect the monkey that live, but also to keep and protect all of the plants. You can take many pictures. This located at the top of Rinjani montain. The next we will visit Sendang Gile waterfall. it's about 30 minutes from here.

Now, we're in Sendang Gile waterfall. it has a story. One day, some people who lived in that district found the waterfall. It was happening when they hunted the crazy lion which disturb their village. So, the inhabitant gave it a name "Sendang Gile". In here, we can hear a sound of the water which drop to the stone. It makes we feel more restful than before. We can take a bath with the cool water of the waterfall. This waterfall is located at the foot of Rinjani montain. And the last we will refresh our mind in Tiu Kelep waterfall. We need 1 hour to there. So, take a rest on this time.

Now, we're in the last place, Tiu Kelep waterfall. Tiu Kelep is regarded the biggest waterfall in Lombok.  According to Sasak language, the meaning of Tiu is a pool. And Kelep is flying. The full meaning is a pool where the water fly under the waterfall. This waterfall has the function to the Senaru Atas society, they consume the water of this waterfall. The height of this waterfall is 30 meters. In here, it has a unique bridge. It looks, when we walked on the bridge, we were felling like we walk on the water. Because the bridge is full of the square hole.
